Torrone friabile Vergani (Crunchy Italian nougat)
Large bar of delicious crunchy Italian nougat made with honey, almonds and hazelnuts. A traditional Italian sweet for Christmas, made in Cremona by Vergani who have been producing torrone using traditional methods since 1881.
Torrone was first made in 1441 for the marriage of Francesco Sforza and Bianca Maria Visconti.
